When Can You Get a Refund?

✔ The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached
✔ You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Items purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged or defective)
Gift cards and promotional items

How to Request a Refund

2. Send the Product Back:
If your refund is approved, we’ll provide a return address. You’ll need to send the product back (return shipping charges may apply).

3. Inspection & Approval:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and notify you if your refund has been approved.

4. Receive Your Refund:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
